Best-selling Australian author Judy Nunn will be at Hawkesbury Central Library in Windsor, from 11am to noon on Thursday, December 9, to speak about her latest novel, Showtime.
Showtime takes readers from the cotton mills of england to the magnificent theatres of Melbourne on a scintillating journey through the golden age of Australian show business.
The work mixes historical facts and figures with well-drawn characters.
This year marks 30 years of writing for Judy.
The Hawkesbury event will be free but bookings are essential via hawkesburylibrary.eventbrite.com, or by calling Hawkesbury Library Service on 4560 4460.
The talk will be held in the Tebbutt Room at the Deerubbin Centre. The audience will have the chance to ask questions.
Audience members are encouraged to dress up in their best show time glam to be in the running for a free copy of Judy's book.
