AstraZeneca clinic opens at Hawkesbury Community Health Centre

A walk-in COVID vaccination clinic has opened on the Hawkesbury Hospital grounds, administering the AstraZeneca vaccine on weekends.

The clinic is operating as part of the after-hours GP clinic at Hawkesbury Community Health Centre at 2 Day Street, Windsor, and has begun administering the AstraZeneca vaccine on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm until 8pm.

AstraZeneca is available for anyone aged 18 years or older.

If you have had your first dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine more than four weeks ago, a second dose is recommended between four and eight weeks.

If you have not been vaccinated, you can simply walk-in to receive your AstraZeneca vaccine.

When attending the COVID-19 vaccination clinic, bring your Medicare card.
