A Hawkesbury woman who won $2 million in the weekend's Saturday Lotto draw said she initially thought she'd won only $20.
The player, who didn't want to reveal her suburb, held one of the 10 division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4177, drawn Saturday,m July 31.
"We're very excited!" the winning mum told an official from The Lott when they contacted her to confirm her prize.
"I was just flicking through my phone last night and I thought I'd check my ticket. I saw it, and it said I'd had a win.
"I thought it was $20 at first, but then I saw there were a few more zeros.
"This was just a one-off. I only play randomly every now and then.
"It's just awesome. We hardly slept at all last night.
"You always dream about winning something like this, don't you. Wow.
She said it had changed her life and would mean "so much" to her family.
"We can travel around Australia in a caravan and help our kids," she said.
