The 2021 Mission Australia Youth Survey is now open and Hawkesbury City Council is encouraging young people of the Hawkesbury to join in and fill out the 15 minute survey.
Australia's largest online youth survey, the Mission Australia Youth Survey, provides a platform for young people, aged 15 to 19-years-old, to 'speak up' about the issues that really concern them.
In partnership with Hawkesbury Youth Interagency, Hawkesbury City Council is promoting the youth survey.
Taking part in the survey will help organisations like council, as well as governments, non-government organisations, schools and community groups around the Hawkesbury to advocate for policies and programs that support young people.
The youth survey provides a safe and reliable platform for young people to identify their personal aspirations and concerns, and to express the issues they think are important in Australia today.
The survey closes on August 9, with results to be analysed and released before the end of the year.
Hawkesbury participants are asked to include the Hawkesbury specific code - 25510 - when doing the survey, to ensure a Hawkesbury-specific report can be produced.
