Three girls were taken to hospital on Sunday (January 10) after suffering burns when the boat they were in caught fire on the Hawkesbury River at Cumberland Reach.
A six-year-old and two ten-year-old girls all suffered burns to the face and body, but were in stable conditions.

One girl was flown to the Children's Hospital at Westmead and two were taken by road with NSW Ambulance and a CareFlight doctor providing ongoing care.
CareFlight was tasked by NSW Ambulance at 4.06pm to assist at the scene and landed next the river at 4.29pm.
NSW Police, NSW Fire and Rescue and NSW Ambulance crews also provided assistance.
