Two males charged following break and enter at Agnes Banks

Hawkesbury Police Area Command has charged two males following a break and enter at Agnes Banks.

In the early hours of Thursday, July 23, police attended the property and were able to locate a 24 year old male from Moree and a 37 year old male from Cranebrook in the vicinity.

Two males were arrested and taken to Windsor Police Station.

Upon searching the males, alleged stolen property was located. A search of the property also located evidence of other offences.

Both males were arrested and taken to Windsor Police Station. The 24 year old male was charged with the offences of, 'Aggravated Break & Enter Dwelling' and ' Steal From Motor Vehicle'. Bail was refused, with the male required to appear before Penrith Local Court in August.

The 37 year old male was charged with the offences of, 'Aggravated Break & Enter Dwelling', 'Steal From Motor Vehicle', ' Possess Prohibited Drug' and 'Possess Prescribed Restricted Substance'. Bail was refused, with the male required to appear before Penrith Local Court in August.
