HAWKESBURY businesses affected by bushfire are invited to attend an upcoming event on business recovery.
The event, called From Surviving to Thriving - Bushfire Recovery Networking Resources and Strategy, will be open to all local small businesses.
Attendees can find out what resources are available, and gather ideas and strategies to help their businesses recover as quickly as possible from the effects of the fires.
"Local businesses are experiencing loss or uncertainty and have been impacted both directly and indirectly. This event is for local businesses to connect with others experiencing the same, to provide you with help and support you need to move forward in the aftermath of the bushfires and from the effects it may be having on your business," said the event page.
The event will offer strategies to ensure affected businesses weather the storm. Business advisors will be available to help with individual business challenges.
Local agencies and governments will provide information about available support.
Mental health will be covered.
There will also be opportunities for networking, collaborating and support from other local business owners.
The business recovery event will take place on Tuesday, February 18, 6:30-8:30pm at Bilpin District Hall, Bells Line of Road, Bilpin.
The event is organised by Women with Altitude and the Men's Altitude Network, with the support of Western Sydney Business Centre and Business Connect.
