Four alleged victims of Australian actor Craig McLachlan are expected to tell a Melbourne court about indecent assault accusations against the star.
McLachlan is charged with seven counts of indecent assault, one of attempted indecent assault and another of assault involving four complainants in Melbourne between April and July in 2014.
He had been starring in the Rocky Horror Show stage production, playing the role of Dr Frank-N-Furter, around the time.
His alleged victims want to detail their accusations in person in the Melbourne Magistrates Court from Monday but one has requested a screen shield.
All that was available was a white board, the court was told during a hearing on Friday.
Prosecutors are also expected to reveal new details of the allegations against McLachlan on Monday, and some witnesses will give evidence remotely from South Africa's Cape Town and Abu Dhabi.
The screen and stage star denies the accusations and a magistrate will decide whether or not to find him guilty after hearing evidence from a contested hearing set down for three weeks.
McLachlan became a household name for roles in the Australian soap operas Neighbours and Home and Away, and more recently led the Ballarat-filmed TV series Doctor Blake Mysteries.
He launched defamation proceedings against Fairfax Media, the ABC and a former co-star in 2018 but that case has been delayed until after the criminal charges are dealt with.
