A former member of the Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang has been charged with drugs, firearm and stolen goods offences in Sackville.
Strike Force Raptor executed a crime scene warrant and conducted a Firearms Prohibition Order (FPO) search a Sackville home shortly after 9.30am today (June 20), a police statement said.
"Investigators seized several items, including cash and mobile phones," police stated.
A 29-year-old man was arrested and taken to Windsor police station, where he was charged with nine offences including supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, firearm found at premises (subject to prohibition order), knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime, and breaching bail.
He was also charged for being an excluded person re-entering or attempting to re-enter a premises, being in possession of excluded person re-enter/attempt to re-enter premises, having suspected stolen goods in his possesion, and three counts of possessing a prescribed restricted substance.
He was refused bail to appear at Penrith Local Court.
