MAROOTA Public School is holding its annual fundraiser, the Maroota Muster fair on Sunday, August 19.
There will be market stalls, hot food and snacks, showbags, carnival rides, classic cars, tractors, trucks and machinery.
The Classic Car Competition is once again part of the Muster. Entry is $5 per car and prizes are $200 for first, $100 for second and $50 for third.
Events and displays include a chocolate wheel, vintage machines, woodchopping, woodturning, sheep shearing, jumping castles, kids rides, Knight School, pony rides, dance displays and a petting zoo.
There will also be a plant stall, fruit and vegetables, and a cake stall.
Maroota Public School is a small school of approximately 33 students and the Maroota Muster has been going since 1981, organised by the P&C, raising vital funds for the school.
The Muster takes place at the school, located at 4540 Old Northern Road, Maroota, from 10am-3pm.
