Strong entries made for vigorous competition at Hawkesbury Dressage Club’s annual championships, held at Sydney International Equestrian Centre (SIEC) on Sunday, June 3.
Club president Sally-Ann Barbera said the club moved to SIEC’s indoor arena for its FEI classes this year, which was welcomed by many competitors who appreciated its new international-standard surface for the higher classes.
"Entries for our 2018 championships were very strong," Ms Barbera said. “Mulawa Performance kindly sponsored our FEI classes to be held in the newly-resurfaced indoor arena at SIEC, and we had a full program of classes that ran all day.
"We would like to thank all the local businesses who support our sport through their generous sponsorship, and I would also like to extend thanks to all the volunteers who helped the day run so smoothly."
