A teenager from Yarramundi will face Windsor Local Court next month after he was charged with drug possession and supply last week.
At about 9.30pm on Friday, August 4, Hawkesbury Proactive Crime Team officers had cause to stop a vehicle on Shearwater Cresent, Yarramundi.
Due to observations made by Police officers, the 18 year old male driver from Yarramundi was searched along with his vehicle.
During the search police located and seized a clear resealable bag containing a green vegetable matter, believed to be cannabis.
Police also located amounts of a white powder, believed to be the drug Ketamine, a set of scales and a box of resealable bags.
The male was arrested and taken by officers to Windsor Police Station where he was questioned by police and later charged with a number of offences.
The Yarramundi man was charged with a number of serious offences including two counts of possessing a prohibited drug and one count of supplying a prohibited drug.
The 18-year-old male was granted conditional bail to appear before Windsor Local Court to face his drugs charges later in August.
