The Royal Easter Show always has a few sights to see, and some more eye raising than others.
These oddities were spotted at the show on Wednesday.
Frog whose eyes light up
This frog has eyes which flash red and blue. The eyes light up when someone uses the frog in a similar fashion to a yo-yo. It has a cord, and is bounced, or in the case of frogs jumped, and the eyes light up. Why this toy was created is a mystery.
Bubble hat
If you get caught in a whole bunch of bubbles, one of these will likely be the culprit. In terms of bubble production they are rather prolific, and will leave a stream of soapy water behind the child (or man-child), who wears them.
Inflatable balls
Parents will surely be stuck with these balls lying around their house after attending the show. Apart from having the faces of well known cartoon characters such as Spongebob Squarepants and Spider Man, for example, they are just an inflated plastic orb, and the novelty value will likely wear off fairly quickly.
Giant bananas
These bananas stood out in the crowd. They are about the size of a seven-year-old child, and given they are bright yellow, can be spotted a mile away. A variant with a Rastafarian-style hat was also spotted.
