If you have a community enterprise, especially if it helps disadvantaged groups in the Hawkesbury, you can now apply for the 2017 ClubGrants Scheme.
The money is generated by clubs which make more than $1m a year poker machine revenue. The Richmond Club, Panthers North Richmond and Windsor RSL are the three participants.
Projects in the areas of community welfare, social services, health services and employment assistance activities are eligible if they fulfill certain criteria.
Priority will be given to projects that address/assist the needs of disadvantaged groups in the Hawkesbury community such as children, young people, older people, people born overseas, women, indigenous people, and people with disabilities.
Closing date is May 15. You must apply online, here.
Community groups and clubs interested in further information can contact Council’s ClubGRANTS convener, Patricia Sundin, on 4560 4576 or email psundin@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au.
