The 14-year-old leg-spinner earned selection thanks to her playing time in the Parramatta District Cricket Association.
Isabella plays with the Parramatta Women's Grade Cricket Club, and was selected for the Cricket NSW development academy earlier this year and played her way into in the final squad along with three of her teammates from her Parramatta club.
Isabella said she was stoked with her selection in the NSW side and that it was "really exciting".
"It’s good to be able to share the experience with girls who are in our club team and rep team," she said.
"It was great to go though the process of the academy and to get picked into it [NSW Metro] was really exciting."
The 2016 season has seen a few changes for Isabella, who has previously played cricket for Castle Hill RSL.
Isabella made the move earlier this season to Parramatta Women's Grade Cricket Club because the club entered an all-girls team into the Parramatta District Cricket Association competition.
At the Christmas break, the team was doing quite well for itself, sitting in fourth place on the competition ladder.
The side is mostly made up of Parramatta's under-15s women's representative side which went undefeated through the Margaret Peden Shield competition through October and November.
Against Sutherland, Isabella had a fine performance with the ball.
She took five wickets for 16 runs in the second innings to help Parramatta surge to an outright win.
Isabella said playing with her teammates on Saturday and Sunday every weekend and having plenty of opportunities together was great for their cricket.
"It’s good that we get to play a lot of cricket and have a lot of training," she said.
"It’s good to be part of the team and train nearly every day."
Isabella will play for NSW Metro at the under-15s national women's cricket championships in Canberra between January 18-24.
