Convicted Jolly Frog Hotel arsonist Brenton Paul Cunningham has been sentenced to six years jail.
His sentencing hearing was held at Penrith District Court late this afternoon after being delayed from earlier this month.
The sentence carries a four-and-a-half-year non parole period.
Cunningham appeared in court via video link from Silverwater Correctional Complex.
Cunningham was found guilty on August 18 at Penrith District Court of maliciously destroying property with fire, and of acting with intent to pervert the course of justice.
The incident took place on Monday, January 20, 2014.
It took six fire engines and 25 firefighters to control the blaze which raged through the heritage-listed Windsor building, effectively leaving it gutted.
