Hawkesbury Mayor Kim Ford was in attendance for the opening, along with many families who enjoyed more than 350 free meals which were given to customers on the day.
Windsor franchisee Sailesh Vasudewan said the whole purpose of the event was to have some fun, show customers their new store and to showcase the restaurant.
“It was an absolutely brilliant day, we had a very large turnout with a lot of families,” Mr Vasudewan said.
“It was great to see parents coming along with their kids and joining the celebrations and enjoying the jumping castle and face painting.
“The Mayor was really good too, he gave a nice speech and was very engaging with everybody who attended.”
The restaurant has undergone and internal and external refurbishment including a refreshed and modern dining area, landscaping, garden and new bold signage.
