Both teams share the ladder lead, but that will likely change by the week's end.
Redfield will have the slight advantage, as the club hosts UWSH.
Both teams are coming off massive wins, with UWSH putting up 122 points on Kings Old Boys, while Redfield had an 84 point win over Oatley.
UWSH coach Kristian Berghofer said Redfield was the competition benchmark.
"Redfield have the best attack in the competition," he said.
"We'll win the game with defence, defence and defence."
Berghofer said he was very wary of the attacking prowess of Redfield.
"They have Subbies leading try scorer and NSW winger Sebastian Burfitt in there team, the less he gets the ball the better," he said.
"Ben Borg our outside centre will have a lot of traffic coming his way."
Berghofer said he was hoping for big games out of flankers Ryan James and Tully McPherson.
Fourth grade kick-off is at 12pm, with first grade to kick-off at 3.15pm at Redfield College.
