A North Richmond man has been arrested and charged in relation to the kidnapping of a 33-year-old man from an apartment at the Entrance on Monday, April 6.
The 41-year-old is an associate of the Bandidos outlaw motorcycle gang and was arrested after police from the Gangs Squad operation formed Strike Force Badminton to investigate the activities of gang members on the Central Coast.
As part of their inquiries, officers executed search warrants today at two properties in North Richmond where they arrested and charged the North Richmond man.
A spokesperson from the State Crime Command said one of the properties was associated with the Central Coast Chapter president of the Bandidos.
The search of the North Richmond properties yielded 78 LSD tablets, small quantities of methylamphetamine (ice), knuckledusters, a rifle and a replica pistol.
The 41-year-old North Richmond man is scheduled to appear before Penrith Local Court today.
