Windsor is again hosting its beautiful riverside markets in Governor Phillip Park this Saturday, December 13, featuring a special Christmas appeal.
A Christmas tree will be placed inside the markets for the public to place presents as donations for Hawkesbury’s Helping Hands.
The non-profit charity supplies meals and food to the homeless and hungry of the Hawkesbury.
Windsor Riverside Markets has more than 90 stalls as well as a kid’s zone where they can play on the jumping castle, ride a pony, eat snow cones or have their face painted in Christmas decorations to help spread holiday cheer.
A barbecue will be run on the day and there will also be mini Dutch pancakes, fish and chips and fresh, healthy food.
Homewares, arts and craft, clothing, and handmade goods will be on offer for Christmas gift shopping.
Live music will play all day, including local talent.
■ Saturday, December 13, 9am-2pm. Contact Angela on 0437898630 or Sarah on 0424940614 for further details. You can also find them on Facebook at ‘Windsor Riverside Markets’.
