The dust has not settled despite a month having elapsed since the Supreme Court case involving John Bryant and Hawkesbury Radio was finalised.
As reported previously, the court found that Mr Bryant’s expulsion from the community radio station was ‘‘void and of no effect’’.
The judge made unfavourable comments about both parties in the judgment report.
The fact both were ordered to pay their own costs was an indication that the ‘‘judgment was not black and white’’, as radio station chair Paul Rasmussen told the I.
Mr Bryant has still had no word from the station to say he’s been reinstated, though the two parties’ solicitors have made contact and a prominent article on the station’s website about the court case has now been taken down, though no update on the results of the case has replaced it.
Mr Bryant is angry he has still not been reinstated.
