Calling all philatelists and numismatists — Richmond Stamp and Coin Show is on this Saturday, April 12, at St Monica’s Church hall, Richmond.
Even if you’re not a stamp or coin nut, it’s a fascinating world of rare collectables and stories.
There’ll be dealer and club sale tables, auction, raffle, club circuit books, souvenirs. It’s free admission and refreshments. Philatelic and numismatic material are for sale — stamps and covers, Australasia, Pacifics, World, Thematics, Cinderellas, accessories.
Souvenirs for the show will be an overprinted poultry miniature sheet, booklet and P-stamp cover.
It’s just 100m from East Richmond station, or there’s plenty of off-street parking. The church hall is on the corner of Windsor and Bourke Streets, Richmond. The show is open from 9am to 3pm.
