It’s do or die now. Whatever happened during the season is wiped clean and the reality is we’re two wins away from the Grand Final.

That’s easier said then done. No team that’s finished sixth has ever reached the grand final: but it really is anyone’s game now.

Brisbane will be our opponents this Friday at Suncorp Stadium and we know how tough they are to beat up there. They got us at the death in our last trip there and we drew the other two times so we’re well aware it’s not going to be easy.

We played the Roar last year in the finals and that game was one of my most memorable. We managed to come back from 3-0 down and win 5-4 in extra time but Brisbane pushed us right to our limits.

They’ll be full of confidence after their win against Wellington on the weekend but we’re on a six-game unbeaten run in the league.

It’s taken a while but I think we’re playing some of our best football and we’ve discovered that winning formula at just the right time.
