GIVE some of yourself to those who really need it by donating blood next week.
The Red Cross blood van will be open for business in Richmond Park from Tuesday, January 24 – Friday, January 27. It will be open 8.30am-2.30pm on all days except Wednesday when it will be open midday – 6pm.
Have three or four glasses of water or juice and a meal in the hours before you donate, and bring photo ID.
