IF you’re free weekday mornings and looking to get active, check-out the free fitness sessions now on offer at Richmond Park from 9:30am Mondays through to Fridays.
The sessions are offered by Live Life Get Active, a company offering free fitness ‘camps’ at parks around Australia, and the local classes are funded by Richmond Mall.
“This fitness camp is completely free with no catches and is attracting pretty good numbers with mostly school mums and retirees coming each day to enjoy cross training, boxing or yoga,” said trainer, Chantelle Jary.
“It's drawing a really varied demographic and is completely inclusive so people who might not be able to afford gym membership or people who are unsure about exercise and health can come along for free to learn and get active with like-minded community members.”
The schedule is as follows:
Monday: X-training
Tuesday: Boxing
Wednesday: X-training
Thursday: Boxing
Friday: Yoga
