Windsor Police have confirmed with the Gazette that there is a serious car accident on Grose Vale Road, Kurrajong this morning, Friday August 8.
The accident has involved a number of cars and a female is seriously injured.
It is unknown whether she was a passenger or driver.
CareFlight, police and SES are currently at the scene.
Grose Vale Road in Kurrajong Village is closed between Buckett Place and Greggs Road.
Motorists are being advised by police to use an alternative route if they are making their way to Kurrajong Public School this morning.
