A Kurrajong woman, 92, is in an induced coma after being rescued from a car accident at about 2pm today.

The woman, according to CareFlight, is in a serious condition after her vehicle rolled and crashed on Comleroy Road, Kurrajong.
She was trapped in the wreckage of her car for almost half and hour before emergency crews could free her.
Ambulance paramedics, police and SES combined with a CareFlight trauma team to treat, release and stabilise the woman.
The woman suffered head injuries but remained conscious.
Upon her release she was placed in an induced coma as the CareFlight doctor prepared to fly her to Westmead Hospital.
Previously reported as an 82-year-old but updated reports have confirmed the women was 92.
