Three people were transported to hospital after a serious car crash near Bligh Park last Wednesday, July 9.
Emergency services were called to near the intersection of Richmond Road and The Northern Road after reports of an accident at about 3.30pm.
Police and ambulance crews arrived to find that a single car had crashed through a guard rail, rolled and crashed about 10 metres down an embankment before coming to rest among a number of trees.
Ambulance paramedics stabilised the occupants of the car, while SES, NSW Rural Fire Service and Fire and Rescue NSW crews worked to cut them free from the wreckage.
All were released and transported to hospital suffering various injuries.
Police are investigating the accident.
