There have been 24 new locally acquired cases in the past 24 hours across NSW, including two Sydney healthcare workers.
An aged care nurse working at SummitCare in Sydney's Baulkham Hills has tested positive for COVID-19, but NSW Health says 96 per cent of residents in that facility had been vaccinated.
There have been 195 locally acquired cases reported since June 16.
Of these, 175 are now linked to the Bondi cluster.
Almost half of the new cases announced on Thursday had been in the community "for a few days" while infectious.
"Where you can, do your shopping online. Where you can, don't go to places where there is a lot of other people," NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said.
"Can I please urge anyone who leaves the house to assume you have the virus, or that the people you come into contact with have the virus.
"The whole purpose of the lockdown is to stop community transmissions."

Ms Berejiklian also announced there would be a new mass vaccination hub in the Illawarra, and two more in Sydney, in addition to the vaccine centre at Sydney Olympic Park and the previously-announced Hunter hub.
"Once those extra supplies arrive, the challenge will be getting all hands on deck," the Premier said.
"We are also hoping more GPs will come online."
Almost 60,000 people were tested in the state in the 24 hours to 8pm on Wednesday.
NSW chief health officer Dr Kerry Chant urged people to be conscious of their movements when they leave their homes.
"Masks are just one line of defence. When you are out and about, maintain that social distancing," Dr Chant said.
"Wear your mask over your mouth and nose at all times."
