Hawkesbury City Council is celebrating the NSW Seniors Festival with two information sessions designed to make your life easier.
The first event is designed to help you work out how to live with less clutter - things you have lying around but haven't felt able to part with.
The 'Living with Less' workshop will take place on on Monday, April 12, 11am-1pm, and is designed to give attendees the skills to help declutter their space and get ready to downsize.
The second event is the called 'Age Pension - Your Choices' and is being run by Centrelink Financial Information Services.
It will cover pension eligibility, claims and income and asset tests, will be a valuable seminar for both younger and older seniors who have questions about the pension, and will take place on Monday, April 19, from 10am until 11am.
Both sessions are free and will be held at Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street, Windsor.
Spaces are limited and bookings are essential via www.hawkesburylibrary.eventbrite.com or call the Library on 4560 4460 for more information.
