A NSW man whose licence expired last century has been bailed after allegedly being caught drink driving twice in three hours.
The 50-year-old was first arrested about midday on Thursday after crashing his ute into a drain near Harden in southern NSW, police say.
He blew 0.129 at the local police station, was found to have not held a licence since 1998 and then given a future court attendance notice on drink driving charges.
By 2.30pm, police responding to driving complaints north of Cootamundra found him parked in a rural driveway.
This time, the man allegedly blew 0.211 after going to the nearest police station.
The Gogeldrie man was charged with high-range drink driving and being a never-licensed person driving a vehicle on a road.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Cootamundra Local Court on March 15.
