Not the ride-on lawn mower in question.
A man's journey has been cut short by police after he was found driving a ride-on lawnmower along a suburban street, allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Officers in South Kempsey on the NSW Mid-North Coast saw the man riding the mower on Wednesday ). The man waved at police and stopped when directed to do so.
Police allegedly smelt alcohol on the rider's breath.
He was subjected to a breath test which allegedly returned a positive result.
He told the officers that he had just cut his mate's grass and was heading home.
The man was charged with low range PCA and is to appear before Kempsey Local Court.
