Hawkesbury Police Are Command charged a resident with a high range reading for blood alcohol at South Windsor on the evening of Friday, October 9.
At about 10.30pm, officers patrolling Macquarie Street had cause to stop the driver of a Ford Falcon due to the manner of driving.

The 29-year-old male driver from South Windsor was subjected to a breath test which gave a positive reading. He was arrested and taken to Windsor Police Station for the purpose of a breath analysis which returned a reading in the high range.
His licence was suspended on the spot and he was charged with the offence of, 'Drive with High Range PCA'. The male will be required to appear before Windsor Local Court in November.
