Richmond Agricultural College will introduce a Year 7 academically-selective agricultural stream in 2022, and enrolments are now open for prospective students.
"This is the first secondary selective offering in the Hawkesbury," said Principal of the Centre of Excellence in Agricultural Education - Richmond Agricultural College, Kris Beazley.
Students accepted into the class will study between the Centre of Excellence in Agricultural Education, and Richmond High School campuses.
Year 7 enrolments will be managed through the Department of Education's High Performing Students team, while entry will be through the Selective Schools Testing Process (to sit the test students will need to register in Year 5).

An information session for parents will take place on October 22, 6-7.30pm, via online video meeting platform, Zoom. Registration must be performed online via eventbrite at https://bit.ly/3drHtbf.
The information session will offer details about the enrolment processes, the College curriculum model and the dual campus delivery for the course.
