A desire to find "great products" for their daughters led Andrew and Kerry Ann Sullivan to start making goats' milk soap.
Fast forward two years and the couple have opened Olivia Madison Bath Emporium in Richmond to bring a range of wonderful products to families throughout the Hawkesbury region.
"We were having issues finding great products for our daughters and began with making goats' milk soap for them," Andrew said.
"That has blossomed into different types of bath bombs and a wide range of fun bath products.
"These include body wash, bath salts, bathroom linen and robes and home fragrance products.
"We are about to introduce a loyalty refill service where customers can return their used bottles for a new discounted filled bottle.

"The aim of this is to help reduce the amount of bottles that are thrown away."
Andrew said the store's "Recline & Wine packs" are the perfect way to indulge in a little "me time" and also make great gifts.
All products are made in-store and the owners aim to source Australian products wherever possible.
"We aim to try and help every customer and remind them that in the craziness that has been 2020 taking time out for self-care should be a priority," Andrew said.
"Taking that time can help so much, especially with your mental health. We are great believers in promoting this life balance and supporting each other through these unprecedented times."
Andrew said they have also tried something "a little different" with the way their products are displayed in the store. There is a beautiful coloured bath bomb wall and a bath bomb levitating display.
Products are grouped by fragrance and there is a great range of novelty bath products for children. "We are trying to create a different shopping experience for our customers," Andrew said.
"Making the most of our products in-store gives the customers a chance to talk to the local bath product artisan about what's available and what would suit their needs."
The store is located in the Orange Grove mall with parking available out the front via West Market Street.
The address is Shop 11, 298 Windsor Street, Richmond. For more information you can phone 4506 0955 or visit the website: www.oliviamadison.com.au.
