Families taking advantage of the warm Richmond Park and Ham Common, Clarendon, were treated to a free refreshment thanks to a pop-up stand by Hawkesbury Council.
The council crew handed out coffee, tea and ice blocks to folk enjoying the outdoors.
The pop-ups will continue throughout the school holidays at three other locations.
The next is expected to set up tomorrow, Thursday, October 1, from 10am to 11am.
To find out where it will appear be sure to follow council's Facebook page [facebook.com/hawkesburycitycouncil].
The aim of the initiative is to encourage folk to get out and explore the open spaces available in their own backyards.
