A public hearing regarding the reclassification of two lots of land on Bells Line of Road at Kurrajong Heights will be held online on October 7.
Currently classified as "community land" and under the control of council, 1913 and 1905 Bells Line of Road are zoned part RU2 Rural Landscape and SP2 Infrastructure.
They are used for a combination of agriculture (orchards) and informal parking/access to a restaurant at 1917 Bells Line of Road.
It's proposed to be reclassified to "operational land", which will not affect the zoning, but could allow council to sell off the sites.

Attendees have the option to listen to the hearing or to make a submission.
The hearing will start at 5.30pm and be chaired by an independent representative from Locale Consulting.
