Richmond Community Services Inc has a number of courses starting in coming weeks.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, each course is limited to just 10 participants and bookings are essential (email admin@rcsi.ngo.org.au or call 4588 3502).
The courses will be held at Richmond Neighbourhood Centre, 20 West Market Street, Richmond.

Music Together:
A free six-week ongoing group where parents and their pre-school children interact together through music.
The group aims to build stronger bonds and healthy relationships between parents and their young children.
It is facilitated by a registered music therapist. Low income Hawkesbury families are given priority.
It runs Tuesdays from 10am to 11.30am, on August 18 and 25, and September 1, 8, 15 and 22.
Navigating Grief and Loss:
The group aims to help adults who have experienced a major loss from death, divorce or other life events, to understand their grief, and learn strategies to build resilience and carry on with hope.
It is run in a supportive environment and is a place where folk can share their different experiences of grief and learn proven strategies for coping.
Free childcare is available.
The next session will be held from 6.30pm to 9pm on Wednesday, August 26.
Calm Kids:
Is a four week group for primary school children, aged 10-12 years, dealing with anxiety.
It aims to offer strategies for keeping cool and dealing with stress and managing emotions.
Sessions run on Mondays from 3.30pm to 5pm.
The next series will be held on August 31 and September 7, 14 and 21.
