HAWKESBURY Council has completed a $56,000 upgrade of the Bilpin Community Hall, a central hub of the Bilpin town.
The upgrade was performed as part of the Hawkesbury Community Strategic Plan, run by Council.

The project included an upgrade of the vinyl floor covering in the kitchen, replacing four ceiling fans with larger-capacity fans, improvements to the main vehicle entry, installation of retractable shade structures, repainting internal walls, and repairing the plasterboard ceiling.
Bilpin Community Hall hosts markets every Saturday, as well as other community-run events. It was used during the recent bushfires as a staging area.
