Richmond Branch Library will reopen on Monday, June 29, with a click and collect service and limited public computers.
Like Hawkesbury Central Library in Windsor and Hawkesbury Regional Museum, social distancing and other COVID-19 restrictions will be in place.
For the interim period, operating hours of the Richmond branch [29 West Market Street] will be 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Hawkesbury Regional Gallery will be the next major council facility to reopen, on Saturday, July 17.
It will relaunch with an Art Gallery of NSW exhibition.
The council anticipates rolling our more changes to services over coming weeks.
In the meantime each of the cultural services offer a range on online activities and "exhibitions".
