THE Richmond Travel Club is inviting the community to join them on a luxury coach tour to Queensland to raise money for the Back to Bilpin campaign.
Peter Minigle of MMM Tours and the Richmond Travel Club said the tour would help generate funds to be given to the victims of the recent bushfires.
"The tour is called the Outback to Outback and is from Richmond to Longreach, then Longreach to the Gold Coast and back to Richmond," Mr Minigle said.
"All money raised after the running costs will go to the Back to Bilpin Bushfire appeal.
"The more we have on the tour the more money we will raise."
To date, 24 people are booked on the tour, but the club would like to raise that to 50.
"The cost of the tour is $2,100 per person twin share and includes everything except lunches, great value," Mr Minigle said.
"In 2018, on a much smaller scale, we raised with a tour $2,500 to the Drought Relief, this time we are hoping to do five times better with a full coach."
The 10-day tour begins on June 22. Attractions included in the include Qantas Museum, the Australian Stockman's Hall of Fame, crusing the Thompson River, and the Australian Outback Spectacular show.
The Richmond Travel Club is based at the Richmond Club in Richmond.
