A bushfire in Perth's southeast that was threatening lives and homes has been brought under control thanks to favourable weather conditions.
An emergency warning issued for Mundijong and surrounding areas on Tuesday has been downgraded to an advice, but a watch and act alert remains for parts of Hopeland and Mardella.
The bushfire is stationary and contained after burning 90 hectares.
