Local showjumper, coach and Sydney Showjumping Club Vice President, Colleen Brook has won the Racing Victoria Off The Track Thoroughbred Series held at Boneo Park on the Mornington Peninsular.
In its second year, the competition was established to support the lifetime care of thoroughbreds and showcase the potential for positive "life after racing" outcomes for retired racehorses.

Competitors qualified at events held in Queensland, NSW and Victoria with the top six combinations from each qualifier eligible and a total of 54 combinations competing for prize money at the final.
Three classes were included; Just Raced, Have Jumped A and Have Jumped B, which was open to any retired thoroughbred racehorses.
Colleen won Have Jumped B on the Cureton Family's 14-year-old thoroughbred Double The Bank (race name Yoursnmine), stable name Buddy.
Colleen has been riding Buddy for her student Tori Cureton while Tori was studying for her HSC exams.
She's previously represented Australia overseas on ex-racehorses and in the past eight weeks with Buddy she has won thoroughbred classes in Canberra and Willinga Park.
Tori will be looking forward to riding Buddy again at the Sydney Showjumping Club end of year competition at their home ground of Clarendon this weekend, November 30 and December 1.
