Emergency services were called to Piccadilly Street, near Elizabeth Street, about 12.45pm today (Tuesday) following reports a Holden Barina sedan had struck three pedestrians - the 56-year-old woman in the wheelchair and two men, aged 43 and 60 - as well as a parked car.
"The woman was taken to Blacktown Hospital in a stable condition," police said in a statement.
"The 60-year-old man suffered minor injuries and was treated on scene, while the second man, 43, was not injured.
"The driver and single occupant of the vehicle, a 58-year-old man, was flown to Westmead Hospital."
Officers from Quakers Hill Police Area Command established a crime scene and investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash continue.
