A driver has been charged over the death of a man in a crash at North Richmond.
Emergency services were called to Bells Line of Road about 4.30am on Saturday, November 9 following reports two vehicles had collided.
A 41-year-old male passenger of one of the vehicles died at the scene, a police statement said.
The drivers of both cars, a 22-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman, were transported to Westmead Hospital with serious injuries.
"At 2.30pm [on] Sunday, November 10, the 40-year-old woman attended Parramatta police station where she was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, negligent driving (occasioning death), negligent driving (occasioning grievous bodily harm) and not keep left of dividing line," police stated.
The woman was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court on November 11.
