A man who is allegedly to have inappropriately touched a 15-year-old girl at a train station will appear before Windsor Local Court next month.
The girl had been waiting for a train at Windsor railway station about 5pm on Monday, October 23 when she was approached by a man she didn't know, according to police.
"Police will allege in court that the man began to inappropriately touch the girl despite her telling him to stop," a police statement said.
"The girl then boarded a train bound for Blacktown and the man allegedly followed her onto the train and continued to touch her inappropriately."
The girl alighted from the train at Quakers Hill and contacted police, who began investigations.
Police Transport Command officers arrested a 26-year-old man at an Ebenezer home about 7pm yesterday (Wednesday, October 30).
He was taken to Windsor Police Station, where he was charged with sexual touching without consent.
The man was granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear at Windsor Local Court on Thursday, November 21.
