A woman who allegedly had more than 50 MDMA capsules in her possession will face court charged with supplying drugs.
Hawkesbury Proactive Crime Team officers were patrolling the Richmond CBD about 12.25am on Sunday, October 6 observed a woman acting suspiciously, according to local police.
The woman was subsequently stopped by the officers and subjected to a search.
"As a result of the search, police located two clear resealable bags containing 53 capsules of what police will allege to be the drug known as MDMA," a statement from Hawkesbury police said.
The woman was subsequently arrested and taken to Windsor police station.
A 24-year-old Richmond woman has been charged with supplying a prohibited drug. She was granted conditional bail to appear before Windsor Local Court later this month.
