Picton's Annie Cook has put in an impressive display on the world stage.
Cook, 75, secured three silver medals at the 2019 FINA (International Swimming Federation) World Masters Championship in Gwangju, South Korea.
Cook took silver in the 50-metre backstroke class in a time of 51.28 seconds, the 100m backstroke in one minute, 55.14 seconds, and 50m butterfly in 56.57 seconds.
The passionate swimmer also finished fifth in the 200m backstroke and 50m freestyle categories.
Cook told the Advertiser she was delighted with her medal haul.
"I am over the moon," she said. "I hoped to come home with one medal, I couldn't believe it."
Cook said she managed personal best times in all five of her categories.
"I felt in good form, which surprised me because it was so hot and humid," she said.
"It was just my week."
Cook is an avid swimmer, training up to six times a week - mainly at the Wollondilly Leisure Centre.
The Picton resident has competed at "nine or 10" world masters championships. Her highlights include winning three gold medals.
"I can't explain the feeling I get when my name is called out [at a world championships]," she said.
Cook said she would consider competing at the next world titles, to be held in Japan in 2021.
"I will have a bit of a rest first and see what happens," she said.
