Are you 15 to 19 years old and living in the Hawkesbury? Do you want to have a say about what matters to you? Then act now before the survey closes on Friday, August 16.
Hawkesbury City Council and Hawkesbury Youth Interagency want to hear from you about your needs and concerns as well as your great ideas through the Mission Youth Survey. To make sure a Hawkesbury-specific report can be produced, you will need to include the Hawkesbury specific code - 25510 - when you do the survey. The survey is at www.missionaustralia.com.au/youthsurvey.
Using the 25510 code will enable Council to measure what is happening for young people in the Hawkesbury against national information and create a plan that is driven by young people in the Hawkesbury.
The anonymous survey takes only 10 to 15 minutes to complete - time well spent to have your say in Australia's largest annual survey of young people in Australia.
A record 28,286 young people participated in the 2018 Youth Survey. In that survey, young people identified mental health, alcohol/drugs, equity and discrimination as their most important issues.
The survey closes on August 16.
If you have any questions or need assistance to fill out your survey, please contact Council's Youth Participation Officer on 4560 4444.
