In order to have engaged, informed and successful learners Windsor Public School aims to build a strong foundation in Literacy and Numeracy for all students, ensuring they have deep content knowledge and confidence in their ability to learn, adapt and be self-regulated learners.
Quality teaching and leadership
This is achieved by promoting collaborative practice to drive systematic improvement, while supporting a culture of high expectations and differentiated learning.

The school strengthens community partnerships and collegial links, using collaborative networking to promote and generate learning, innovation and a planned approach to whole school wellbeing by school and community.
Windsor Public School continues to develop strong welfare and support programs which complement the core business of improving student outcomes in Literacy and Numeracy; while ensuring that 21st century learning environments are evident in all classes from Kindergarten to Year 6.
Through the acquisition and implementation of technologies (which include 3D printers) the school meets new expectations coming from the emphasis on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
